Marine chaos continues in Florida with a Cachalot (sperm whale) stranding on the Gulf Coast

2024, March 10. USA, Florida, Venice, Florida Gulf Coast. Cachalot (Sperm whale). 70 feet (21 meters) long. Approximately 30 tons. Stranded on a sandbar from Service Club Park. Still alive on stranding. Teams are struggling to refloat the whale. Venice is about 120km south of Tampa on the Gulf of Mexico.
