The Largest Whale Stranding in the World and the METEOR STORM

In 1918 by April a New Zealand astronomer made the following quote concerning a meteoritic swarm, appearing as an aerolite cloud that was originating from the constellation Scorpio. “There are both meteor streams, comets and asteroids in our vicinity. Unusually abundant and coming more and more into evidence.” On the east coast of Australia migrating whales were seen hugging the coast so much so that they were rubbing themselves on rocks. This went on for months with little seen coming south later in the year. A super bolide event in New South Wales was classed as terrific and was seen in a radius of 300 km. Unknown explosions during the day were common events. Back in New Zealand, 25 whales died in one stranding and then over 1000 died on the Chatham Islands, the largest in recorded history. From February to October the country was having an extreme bolide burst every month outside the regular meteors witnessed. Along with impacts and tremors you have VLF electrophonic radio waves that reach 70m under the surface of the water. They were seen over the sea and land; shook houses, and one traversed the sky looking like a comet. Bolides and fireballs were mostly seen travelling west. If this is what was witnessed on land what was happening in the vastness of the ocean environment?
