Mass whale stranding of 157 false killer whales on a beach in Tasmania's far north-west. At the moment 90 are still alive. More to come. Update: 2025, February 19, Time:19:14. Tasmania, Arthur River. A mass stranding of 157 false killer whales stranded on a beach in Tasmania's far north-west and died. A total of ninety were alive when found and were euthanized.
